"I just wanted to write and tell you how thoroughly impressed we were by the service we received from Sizzler B-B-Q at our pig roast in Tatamagouche this past Saturday.

Everything was perfect - the staff were efficient, courteous, and professional in every way. Despite a band trying to set up behind them, and several dogs running around their feet, they did a tremendous job. The food was delicious, and plentiful! Everyone got a kick out of seeing the pig on the spit - cameras were snapping everywhere!

Several of our guests have asked for your contact information, and we were more than happy to share it with them. We would recommend you to anyone!

We are having a family reunion and were wondering about renting BBQ's. Do you do this?

We can do a BBQ rental fee based on $850.00 plus $50.00 per hour. This BBQ is of adequate size to cater for a group of around 1500 persons. Catering is our main focus so this is dependant on availability as well.

How do we book your service?

If you wish to hold the date all you need to do is fill in the service outline form at our website there is no cost to do so.

When do we need to know the final number of people?

Just a note to request your final service form for your event 2 weeks prior to the event. If you can be as detailed as possible as the form is printed and given to the staff that will cater your event. As soon as I have the final form I will send a total and the payment instructions which is to be received by us 10 days prior to the event.

The onsite contact will meet the staff on arrival and direct them to power for our cooler,where waste is left, where the buffet will be set, and a half hour before meal time confirm and coordinate set up and service.

Total you can submit by cheque, money order, direct deposit. We do not use Visa or debit.

Can you send a list of the items you would like on the plates for the bride and groom as we will serve you seated?

Include this in the service form please.
